terly report of R. V. Nichols, County Clerk, of all fines, imposed, 3udgments rendered and
Jury Fees collected in the County for the quarter ending n4arch 31st, 1955, showing an aggregate
of X319.00 collected and deposited by him with the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, and
it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; there-

are hereby directed to apportion the following amounts out of Road and Bridge Fund, to the
respective Commissioners` Precincts, to-wit:
