D. 1954, oP record in Volume 96, page 320 oP the Deed Records of Kerr County, Tezes, to which deed and its record reference is hereby made for all purpoaea, and e portion thereof xes previously acquired by the oxnera of Camp Mystic from Sarah Y. 3texert, end being the same land acquired by the said Sarah Y.
