hen been used es a passageway leading Pram State Highway 39 to the T. J. Moore Ranch and has
been used by the owners of the said T. J. Moore Ranch and their predecessors in title Por a

And it further appearing to the Court that a nex road has been eatebliahed leading Prom
State Highway 39 to the T. J, Moore Ranch located Lo the rear of the South oP the Camp Mystic
property and that said new road has been located oa the Western end Southern aide of a tract ~!
of land acquired by the ownara of Camp Mystic from Mra. Willie A. Griffin, by deed dated the '.
31st day oP May, A. D. 1954, oP record in Volume 96, page 320 oP the Deed Records of Kerr
County, Tezes, to which deed and its record reference is hereby made for all purpoaea, and e
portion thereof xes previously acquired by the oxnera of Camp Mystic from Sarah Y. 3texert,
end being the same land acquired by the said Sarah Y. Stewart from Cleveland 6riPPin, et ux,
by dead dated August 10th, 1932, oP record in Volume $!{., Page 577. oP the deed records of Rerr
County, Tazas, to xhich dead and its record reference Se hereby made Por all purpoaea; that
said nex road is a public road end has been deeded 'to Kerr County, Texas, and accepted by said
Kerr County, Taxaa, ea a public road; end that said new road xill nerve the oxnera of the T. J.
Moore Ranch es a pessagexay to end from State Highway No. 39, ao that the T. J. Moore Ranch
will be connected with the county highway ayatam, same being State Highway No. 39.
And it Purther appee ring to the court that eeid road sought to ba abandoned only serves
the owns ra oP the T. J. Moore Ranch and that there will be no injuries done to any other land-
oxnera in said area by virtue of the diacontinuanca end abandonment of said road, and the
same would be to the beat interest of the public to discontinue and abandon the acme, and that
said old road described herein should be diacont inued sad abandoned.
And it Purther appearing to the court that the owners of the T. J. Moore Ranch and the
owners of Camp Hyetlc ere the only ones interested is acid road sought to be abandoned; and
that they petitioned thin honorable court to cl oee, abandon and discontinue the same.
And it Purther appearing to the aodrt that notice of the intention to clone sold road
has been signed by more then eight freeholds ra of Kerr County, Texas, and of said Precinct No.
4, located Sn Kerr County, Taxaa, end that eeid notice was posted Sn three places in the count?
one in the courthouse oP Kerr County, Texas, at Rerra111a, Taxaa, one et the entrance of Camp
Mystic in the vicinity oP Hunt, Texas, and one at the post office in Hunt, Kerr County, Texas,
for a period of more then 20 deya prior to the hearing hereon, azcluslve oP the day oP posting
and exclusive of the day of hearing.
