less off of the property belonging to Bruno Soaulz and 0.247 acres of land off of Zreae Sonuh's
property; end the Court having conaid er ed the same end agreed with Mr. Schulz that the County '
will pay him the sum oP ;800.00 per mile for removing sad reouilding deer-proof fence along
the right-of-wag of said Highway 16 for a dlatanoe oY 1.0305 miles and a like sum per mile to
Mrs. Irene Schuh covering 0.24'/ acres of lead over whion trie dear-proof Penoe extends 0.1411
miles, end the conaiderat ion of the oonveyanoe by the said Bruno Schulz, et ux and Irene Senun,
et vir, the County will improve and atraignten Oounty Road leading from Ferm-to-Market 1341 in
Gommisgloner's Precinct No. 3 over and across 8raa4 Reah's land and over property owned by
