N0. 7011. IN SETTLEMENT WITH BRUNO SCHULZ AHD IRENE SCHUH, RIORT-OF-WAY, AIGAWAY 16.
On this the 5th day oP May, A. D. 1955, came on to be none iderad by the Court matters of
settlement with Bruno Sehnlz and Irene Sohuh for the oonveyanoe of 2.129 acres of land more or
less off oP the property belonging to Bruno Sonulz and 0.247 acres of land off oP Irene Sonuh's
property; end the Court having considered the same end agreed with Mr. Sanulz that the County
w 111 pay him the sum of 800.00 per mile for removing and rebuilding deer-proof fence along
the right-oP-way of said Hignwey 16 for a distanoe oY 1.0305 miles and a like sum per mile to
Mrs. Irene Schuh covering O.E4'/ sores of land over whion the deer-proof Pence extends 0.1411
miles, end the consideration of the nonveyanoe by the said Bruno Sohulz, et ua and Irene Schuh,
et vir, the County will improve and straigntea County Road leading Prom Farm-to-Market 1341 in
Commis,sioner's Precinct No. 3 over and eorose SrnaD Raeh~s land and over property owned oy
Albert Seidel Por a distance of about 1-1/2 miles to the Bruno Sohulz property line, said road
now being a tni rd class County Road 1n Commissioner's Pr eo Shat No. 3. Motion made by Guthrie
seoonded by Goff end unanimously approved.

On this the _Stn day of May, A. D. 1955, oame on to be considered the matter of payment
to Freed Swann Company for paving the following highways in Eerr County, Tezas, to-wit:
$41'14.80 out of R. & B. No. 1 Fund f'or Paving on Upper Turtle Creek Road, 3300.00 out of
Lateral A. & B. No. 4 Fund for Yawing on Station C Road and 710.20 out of R. & B. No. 4 Fund
for balanoe on paving on Stat Soh C Road, it ie ordered by the Court that said amounts sno uld
be paid end the Court authorized the County Clerk to issue vouchers drawn on the County Treesu
for said amounts and on motion duly made by Fowell seconded by Bartel and unanimously approved
