property; end the Court Having conaid Bred the same end agreed with Mr. Schulz that the County
will pay Him the sum of X800.00 per mile Por removing end rao wilding dear-proof fence along i
the right-of-way of said Highway 16 Por a diatanoe oY 1.0305 miles and a like sum per mile to
Mrs. Irene Sohuh covering 0.24'/ acres of lend over whion the deer-proof fence ezt ends 0.1411
miles, end the consideration of the conveyeaoe by the said Bruno Sohulz, et ux and Irene 3cnuh,
et vir, the County will improve and straighten County Road leading from Ferm-to-Market 1341 in i
Commissioner's Precinct No. 3 over end across 8raaq Rean`s Iand and over property owhed by
