placing County Employees (excepting al]. elective officials) under s Group Insurance plan includ-
ing hospitalization, surgery, and life insurance for permanent employees wi:o rave Leen in tiie
employ of the County for a minimum of 3U days and the County is to pay the monthly premiums
retro-active to May 1st; the employees may, at their option carry insurance on trteir dependents
by paying tr_e mont:aY premiums for such dependents and it appearing to tue Court that such pay-
