the State Hignway Engi Weer for the future reconstruction of this Hignway at a total esLimat ed
cost of 2540,000.00.
IT IS DNDERSTCfOD that the purpose of this Minute is to provide Yor advance planning end
the ea quisition of right-oY-way required for proposed f'ut ure improvements with the and erstandin
that funds are not presently available for construction. It is antio ipeted, however, that fund
will be allocated from future programs of vr~rk for the aonstruction of this section in an order
ly fashion end in proper sequence with otn er needed construction work.

w itn the County Judge, 7no. R. Le evell, and Commissioners, L. M. Guthrie, O. D. Powell, Adolph
Bartel & Lee Goff present when there came on Łor further nearing the matter of State Aignw ay
41 from the Reel CS Unty Line to State Highway 2'/ et Mountain Home, for the purpose of widening
and reconstructing said road.
WfiEREAS, the Texas Hig away Depertm ant on May 25, 1955, passed an order approving the re-
quest of the Commisslo hers' Court of Ee rr County for the reconstr uotion of said Hignway 41 Prom
the Real County Line to State Hignway 2'/ at Mountain Some, whereupon it was moved by Commission
