Fund nee Punde enough to pay Him the amount of 100.00 to June 15, 1955, end tnet said sum

On tnie the 14th day of June, p. D. 1955, came on to be Heard and oo na idered by the Court
the matter of withdrawing the sum of #9985.28 Yrom the State Board of County Road Indebtedness
et Austin, Tezes, end depositing same in the 1931 Road Bond Sinking Pond, and then to withdrew
the sum oY #10,000.00 from the said 1931 Road Bond Sinking Fund end investing same in Time
Deposits at the Chen. Sohrelner Bank, at a rate of Interest now being paid by said Chas.
Sonreinar Bank on tlme deposits and that said time deposit be for a term of three years.
Therefore on mo tioh duly made by Bartel, seconded by Cutnrie, unanimously approved by the Couri
that the sum of #10,000.00 of 1931 Road Bond giniFing Fonda oP Kerr County be invested in Time
Deposits at the Chas. Schreiner Bank, for said term of three years.
