of the payment of the salary of A. A. Farris and it appearing to the Court that tna Dog Tag
Fund nee Panda enough to pay hLn the amount of X100.00 to Tune 15, 1955, and that said sum
should be paid oat of the Dog Tag Fund end that thereafter nis salary anall be paid out of the
General Fund, and on motion duly made by Coff, seoonded by,Guthrie, end unanimously approved
by tae Court. '

ing said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct end should
be approved; tner afore by motion duly made by Goff, seoonded by Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court for anon ~apenditurea therein and ordered filed.

the matter oY withdrawing the sum of X9985.28 Yrom the State Board of County Lktad Indebtedness
at Austin, Teass, end depositing same ih the 1931 Road Bond 3lnking Fund, and then to withdrew
the sum oY =10,000.00 from the said 1931 Road Hond Sinking Fund and lnvesting same in Time
Deposits et the Chen. Schreiner Bank, at a rate of interest now being paid by said Chas.
Sohreiaer Bank on time deposits and that said time deposit be for a term of three years.
Therefore on motion duly made by Bartel, seconded ny Guthrie, unanimously approved by the Coux
II that the sum of X10,000.00 of 1931 Road Bond Sinking Funds of Kerr County oe invested in Time
Deposits at the Chas. Schrelnar Bank, for said term oY three years.
