should be paid ou4 of the Dog Tag Fund and that thereafter His salary anall be paid out of the

Oa this the 14th day of June, p, D. 1905, came on to be Heard end considered by the Court
the matter oY withdrawing the sum of X9980.28 Yrom the State Board of County Road Indebtedness
at Austin, Texas, and depositing same in the 1931 Road Bond Sinking Fund, and then to withdrew
the sum oY =10,000.00 Prom the said 1931 Road Bond Sinking Fund and investing same in Time
Deposits et the Chls. Schreiner Bank, at a rate of interest now being paid by said Ches.
Schreiner Bank on time deposits and that said time deposit be for a term of three years.
There #o re on motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, unanimo nely approved by the Court
that the sum of =10,000.00 of 1931 Road Bond Sinking Fonda of %err County oe invested in Time
Depoadta et the Ches. Schreiner Bank, for said term of three years.
