actual and neo essary expenditure of $753.76, incurred by nim in tna conduct of Hie oYfice dur-
ing said mo ath, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct end should
ba approved; tner ePOre by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie> end unanimously

On this the 14th day of Tune, p. D. 1955, came on to be neard and considered by the Court
the matter oY withdrawing the sum of9985.28 Yrom the State Board of County Road Ind ebtednesa
at Austin, Teaas, end depositing same in the 1931 Road Bond Sinking Pond, and then to witndr aw
the sum oY =10,000.00 from the said 1931 Road Bond Sinking Fund and investing same itt Time
Deposits met the Chas. Schreiner Bank, at a rate of interest now being paid by said Chas.
Schreiner Bank on time deposits and that said tlme deposit be Por a term oP three years.
Therefore on motion duly made oy Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, unanimously aPProved by the Court
that the sum of X10,000.00 of 1931 Road Bond 9lnking Fonda oP Kerr County be invested in Time
Deposits et the Ches. Schreiner Bank, Por said term of three years.
