oY the payment oi' the salary oY A. 4. Ferric and it appearing to the Oourt that the Dog Tag
Fund has funds onouga to pay nim the amount of 5100.00 to Tuae 15, 1955, and that said sum
should be paid outi of the Dog Tag Fund and that thereafter nis salary shall be paid out of the
General Fund, end on motion duly made by Goff, seoonded by,Gnthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court.

be approved; tner afore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded oy Cuthrie, end unanimously
approved by the Court for swan cap enditurea therein end ordered filed.

On this the 14th day of June, A. D. 1955, came on to oe heard and cans idered by the Court
the matter of withdrawing the sum of x9985.28 Yrom the State Board of County Road Indebtedness
at Austin, Tezas, and depositing same ih the 1931 Road Bond Sinking Fund, and then to withdrew
the sum oY =10,000.00 from the said 1931 Road Bond Sinking Fund effi investing same in Time
Deposits at the Chas. Schreiner Bank, at a rate oP interest now being paid by said Ches.
Sohreiner Bank on time depo sits end that said time deposit be for a term of three yeere.

that the sum of X10,000.00 of 1931 Road Bond 9lnking Funds of Kerr County be invest ed ih Time
Deposits at the Ones. Schreiner Pshk, for said term of three years.

Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct end should be
