On this the 29tH day of Suae, A. D. 1955, came on to be considered the matter of payment
for right-of-way lend secured from lend owners on State Highway 16. After due consideration c
the matter, motion was made by Gutin•ie and seconded by Ooff, unanimously carried, that the
County Clerk and County Treasurer be cut norized to issue vouchers on Road & Bridge Right-of-Wt
Highway X16 to tna following named lend owners wm nave signed and executed deed or easement
to the State of Texas and nave delivered said instruments to the County Judge, to-wit: O. L.
