On to is the 29tH day of June, A. D. 1900, the Court met with Mr. F. M. Davl s, District
Engineer of the State Highway Department end discussed matters of improvement oP various Road
Piv jects in Rerr County, Taxes. And also the matter of improvement of F. to M. Road No. 689 an
that the Rerr County Commissioners Court obtain Right of Way ibr said Perm to Market Road No.
ti89, and after due consideration the Court agreed to proceed to obtaih RSgnt of Wey from the
various property owners along said F. to M. Road ti89 i'or the purpose oY improving-and widening
of said Road.

On this the 29tH day of June, A. D. 1900, on motion by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unani-
mously approved by the Court, that the application of 8srl H. Wellborn of precinct No. 2, be
approved and contracts entered into by and between the ComMissio ner of said Precinct No. 2 and

N0. '/098. IN MATTER OF PAYMENT TO LAND OWAERS FOR RIGHT-0F-WAY SPATE HIGAWAY 16.
On this the 29tH day of June, A. D. 1905, came on to to considered the matter of payment
for right-of-way land secured from lend owners on 9tata Highway 16. After due consid eratlon c
the matter, motion was made ny Guthrie end seconded by Goff, unanimously carried, that the
County Clerk end County Treasurer be nutnorized to issue vouchers on Fbad & Bridge Right-of-We
Highway X16 to the Yollow ing named land owners wm nave signed and executed deed or easement
to the State of Taxes and nave delivered said instruments to the County Judge, to-wit: O. L.
Luglan and wife, Melba P. Luglan, in the sum of 373.95.
