On this the 29th day of June, A. D. 1955, the Court met wits Mr. F. M. Davis, District
Engineer of the State Highway Department and discussed matters of improvement of various Road
Pm jects in Rerr County, Texas. And also the matter of improvement of F. to M. Road No. 689 an
that the Rerr County Commissioners Court obtain Right of Way fur said Phrm to Market Ro ed No.
ti89, end after due consideration the Court agreed to proceed to obtaln Right of Way from the
various pm perry owners along said F. to M. Ro ed tib9 Yor the purpose oY improving and widening
of said Road.

approved and contracts entered into ny and between the Comniss is her of said Precinct No. 2 and

N0. '/098. IN MATTER OF PAYMENT RD LAND OWNERS FOR RIGHT-0F-WAY STATE HIGHWAY 16.
On this the 29tH day of June, A. D. 1955, came on to ae considered the matter of payment
for right-oP-way land secured from lend owners on Stato Highway 16. After due consideration c
the matter, motion was made oy Guthrie and seconded by Goff, unanimously carried, that the
County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to issue youoners on Road & Bridge Right-of-We
Highway X16 to the following named land owners wm nave signed and executed deed or easement
to the State of Texas and nave delivered said instruments to the County Judge, to-wit: O. L.
Luglan and wife, Melba P. Luglan, in the sum of373.95.
