mously approved by the Court, that the application of Earl H. Wellborn of Precinct No. 2, de
approved and contracts entered into by and between the Com::issio Her of said Precinct No. 2 and
aforementioned Earl H. Wellborn, as per contract on file, under Article 23'/2c.

On this the 29tH day of Tune, A. D. 1955, came on to be considered the matter of payment

the matter, motion was made by Guthrie end seconded by Coff, unanimously carried, that the
County Clerk and County Treasurer 5e nut mrized to issue you on ers on Road & Bridge Right-of-Wa
Highway X16 to the following named land owners wm nave signed and executed deed or easement
to the State of Texas and nave delivered said instruments to the County Sudg e, to-wit: O. L.
Luglan and wife, Melba P. Luglan, in the sum of X373.95.
