De vl s, District ~I, Engineer of the State Highway Department and discussed matters of impro vemant of various Road ~,Pm jects 1n %arr County, Texas. And also the matter of improvemeht of F. to M. Road No. 689 an that the %err County Coma issio Hers Court obtain Right of Way fbr said Farm to Market Road No. 689, and after due consideration the Court agreed to proceed to obtaia Right of Wey from the various property owners along said F. to M.
