entering into an agreement with the State Highway Commission of Teaas for the bailding of curb
and gutter on bo to sides of Highway lti leading Prom the No rtn City limits of %errville, Texas,
to Petersoh Drive on State Highway lti, and the same having peen duly conaid Bred by tna Court, '
the Court ie of the opinion that same sno uld be granted ahd that a warrant in the sum oY
$12, ti00.00, payanle to the Ste to Treasurer, Account of Trust Fund No. 9E'/, and attached to said
agreement, be drawn by the County Clerk end County Tr eesur er on the R. & B. Right-oY-Way No. lti
Fund to oover oontingenoias and engineer a` fees as estimated by the State Highway Commission.
Upon motion duly made by Commissl oner Gutnrle and seconded by Commissioner Cuff and unani-
mously parried that said agrseme nt be entered into end signed by this Court and a oopy of said
agreement ne recorded is the minutes of thin Court.
