entering into an agreement with the State Righway Commission of Te aas Yor the build ing of curb
and gutter on both sides of Highway 10 leading Prom the No rtn City limits of %errville, Teaes,
to Peterson Drive on State Highway 10, and the same having been duly oonaidered by the Court,
the Court ie of the opinion that same sno uld be granted end that a warrant in the sum of
X12, 000.00, payable to the State Treasurer, Account oP Trust Fund No. 92v, end attached to said~~
agreement, be drawn by the County Clerk and County Treasurer on the R. & B. Right-oY-Way No• 10
