IN THE COMMISSIONERS OOURT OF $ERR WDNTY, TEXAS.
Oa this Stn day of August, 1955, Dame on tp be Heard and considered by the Catpnissloners
Court of Kerr County, Texas, the pet Stlon of Cna s. 0. Crelg, for the right and franchise to
construct, operate and mainte in pipe lines across and along the County public roads of Ingram,
Kerr County, Texas, and the same naving been duly considered, it is Hereby ORDERED AND DECREED
by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, that the said Chas. C. Craig, his heirs and
assigns, far and in consideration oP the benefits to accrue to the publ ia, is hereby granted
the right end franchise to construct, operate and maintain a pipe line or lines for the trans-
portation of water, over and along the County Public Roads of Ingram, Kerr County, Texas, The
said lines are to be constructed as not to unreasonably interfere with public travel in aqp
wag, or to damage the County public roadways.
It is distinctly understood end agreed that the said Ches. C. CreiB, His Heirs and assigns
in the construction, operation a nl maintenance of the aforesaid line, shall at ell times be
subject to end conform to the orders oY the Commissioners Court of Rerr County, Texas, and upon
motion of Goff, seconded by Cutnrie and unanimously approved by the Court that said right and
franchise be granted to said Cna s. C. Craig.
