Court of %err County, Teaes, the petition of Cna s. C. Craig, for the right and PTfln Clliae to
construct, operate and maintain pipe lines across and along the County public roads of Ingram,
Serr Covnty, Texas, and the same Having oeen duly considered, it is Hereby ORDERED AND DECREED
by the Commis sionera Court of Kerr County, Teaes, that the said Chas. C. Craig, His ne ire and
assigns, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the pu bl io, is Hereby granted
the right and franc vise to construct, operate and maintain a pipe line or lines for the trans-
portation of water, over and along the County Public Roads of Ingram, Kerr County, Texas, The
said lines are to oe constructed as not to unresaonably interfere with public travel in any
way, or to damage tna County public roadways.
It is distinctly understood and agreed that the said Chas. C. Craig, His Heirs and assigns
in the construction, operation std maim enance oY the aforesaid line, shall et all times be
subject to end conform to the orders oY the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Teaes, and upot
