	On this Stn day of August, 1955, oame on to be Heard and considered by the Co~issianers	
	Court of Kerr County, Teaas, the pat ition of Cnas. 0, Craig, for the right and frenanise to	
	construct, operate ahd maintain pipe lines across and along the County public roads of Ingram,	'~
	%err County, Texas, and the same Having been duly considered, it is Hereby ORDERED AND DECREED

	by the Commis sionera Court of Kerr County, Teaas, that the said Chas. C. Craig, His Heirs and	
	assigns, for and in consideration of the benefits to aocr ue to the pu bl ia, is Hereby granted	~

	portation of water, over and along the County Public Roads of Ingram, Kerr County, Texas, The	
	said lines are to be constructed as not to unreasonably interfere with public travel in any

	It is distinctly understood end agreed that the said Chas. C. Craig, His Heirs and assigns	
	in the construction, operation ctrl maintenance of the aforesaid line, shall at all times be
