This the Stn day of August, A. D. 1955, came on to be oonsidered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits end collections oi' Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct No.
1, snowing en aggregate of $101.93 collected Por the month of July, 1905, end it appearing to
the Court that sald report is true and correct end should be approved; that the City of Kerr-
ville should be reimbursed for one-half of the over collection of 11.93, wnicn would be in tna
sum of 96¢ due the City oP Kerrville, out oP General Fund. Therefore oh motion made oy Goff,
seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved uy the Court that said report be approved and the
County Clark be and is nereoy direot sd to reimburse the City oP Kerrville Por one-half oi' the
over-oo llection of $1.93, tieing 96` payable out of the Cenarel Fund.

On the Stn day of Aug. 1955, came D. A. Rees end Mrs. Harriet Sheppard and pus oand,
Marshall L. Sheppard, and petitioned ttte Commissioners' Court to build, areot, and maintain a
second claso co uaty road upon tue property owned oy the State of Texas, out oY Survey Pb. 143,
and being known as the State Home Property,attd being same property es scwwn by Easement dated
25th July 1955 from J. A. Betnea to Rerr County, Texas, duly recorded in Records oY Rerr Co ants
Texas, to which reference is Here made, and after paving duly considered the application of bhe
petitioners to build, erect, and maintain this road, and that said road, if Quilt, would make
the back end oY the Ste to property more accessable for the State of Texas, this Court, upon
motion by Yr. Cut nrie, seconded by Mr. Fowell, has agreed to build, erect, and maintain said
road. The motion tieing called by County Judge, Jno. R. Lsevell, was unanimously carried oy
this Court, all members being present.

HOSPITAIS AND SPECIAL SHCOOLS TO RERR COUNTY.
On this the Stn day of August, A. D. 1905, came on to be heard and oonsidered the matter)
oP acceptance and adoption of a oertain right-of-way easement over certain land in Rerr County
Texas, for road purposes, wnicn is a part of the Karr villa State Home property, and on motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanlmo ugly approved oy the Court, it is ordered
that the right-of-way and easement be eooepted and ordered reoorded in the Easement Raco rds of
Rerr County, Taxes, to which reoord reference is nereoy pads and same is found recorded in
Vol. 2, Page oP the Easement Records of %err Go unty, Texas.
