sum of 86d due the City of %errville, ont of General Fund. Therefore on motion made by Cofp,
seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved uy the Court that said report be approved and the
County Clerk be and is hereby direot od to roimb urea the City of Kerrville Por one-half of the
over-collection of X1.93, being 96` pays 5le out of the General Fund.

COUNTY ROAD UPON PROPERTY ~IIAEB BY STATE OF TEICAS.
On the 9th day of Aug. 1955, came D. A. Rees and Mrs. Harriet Sheppard and husband,
Marshall L. Sheppard, and petitioned the Commissioners' Court to ouild, erect, and maintain a
loco nd class county road upon the property owned oy the State o£ Texas, out oY Survey No. 143,
and oeing known as the State Home Property,end oeing same property as shown by Easement dated
25th July 1955 from J. A. Betnea to Xerr County, Texas, duly recorded in Records of Rerr County
Texas, to which reference is Here made, and after Having duly considered the application of one
petitioners to build, erect, end maintain tuis road, end that se id road, if' Quilt, would make
the Hack end of tue State property more accessanle Por the State of Texas, this Court, upon
motion by Yr. Guthrie, seconded by Mr. Fowell, has agreed to ouild, erect, end maintain seed
road. The motion oeing called by County Judge, Jno. R. Leavell, was unenimo usly carried by
this Court, ell members being present.

of acceptance and adopt inn oP a certain right-of-way easement over certain land in Kerr County

duly made by Goff, seconded oy Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered
that the right-of-way and easement be etc opted and ordered recorded in the Easement Records of~
Kerr County, Taxes, to which record reference is hereby Bade end same is Pound recorded in
