Sheppard, and petitioned the Commissioners' Court to build, erect, end maintain a second class county road upon the property owned oy the State of Texas, out oY Survey No. 143, and being known es the State Home Property,and oeing same property es sxwwn by Easement dated 25th July 1955 from J. A. Betnea to Eerr County, Texas, duly recorded in Records of Kerr County Texas, to which reference is Here made, end after Having duly considered the application of the petitioners to build, erect, and maintain this road, end that se id road, ii' Quilt, would make the back end of the State property more accessable for the State of Texas, this Court, upon motion by Yf. Gut nrie, seconded by Mr. lbwell, has agreed to build, erect, and maintain said road. The motion oeing called by County Judge, Jno. R.
