COUNTY ROAD UPON PROPERTY DIIHEB BY STATE OF TEXAS.
On the 9th day of pug. 1955, came D. A. Rees and Mrs. Harriet Sheppard and hus bend,
Marshall L. Sheppard, and petitioned the Commissioners' Court to build, erect, end maintain a
second class county road upon the property owned oy the State of Texas, out oY Survey No. 143,
and being known es the State Home Property,and oeing same property es sxwwn by Easement dated
25th July 1955 from J. A. Betnea to Eerr County, Texas, duly recorded in Records of Kerr County
Texas, to which reference is Here made, end after Having duly considered the application of the
petitioners to build, erect, and maintain this road, end that se id road, ii' Quilt, would make
the back end of the State property more accessable for the State of Texas, this Court, upon
motion by Yf. Gut nrie, seconded by Mr. lbwell, has agreed to build, erect, and maintain said
road. The motion oeing called by County Judge, Jno. R. Leavell, was unanimously carried by
this Court, ell members being present.

of acceptance and adoption of a certain rlgnt-oP-way easement over certain land in Kerr County
Texas, for road purposes, wnicn is a pert of the Barr villa State Home property, and on motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered
teat the right-of-way and easement be accepted and ordered recorded in the Easement Records of~
Rerr County, Texas, to wh icn record reference is hereby spade and same 1s Pound recorded in
Vol. 2, Page of the Easement Records of Kerr County, Texas. i
