ville anould be reimbursed for one-Half of the over collection of X1.93, wnicn would ne in the
sum of 9ti~ due the City of Rarrvill e, out of Ce neral Fuad. Therefore on motion made by Goff,
seconded. by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that said report be approved and the
County Clerk be and is Hereby directed to reimburse the City of Kerrville for one-Half oY the
over-collection of X1.93, being 96~ payable out of the General Fund.

On the 9th day of Aug. 1955, came D. A. Rees and bir s. Harriet Sheppard end nusbead,
Marshall L. Sheppard, end petitioned the Commissioners' Court to build, erect, and maintain a
second class county road upon the property owned by the St eta of Texas, out of Survey No. 143,
end being known es the State Home Property,and being same property es shown by Easement dated
25tH July 1955 from T. A. Betnea to Rerr County, Texas, duly recorded in Records of Rerr County
Texas, to which reference is here made, end after Having duly aonsid Bred the application of bhe
petitioners to build, erect, ana maintain this road, end that said road, IY built, would make
the back end of the State property more acoessable Por the State of Texas, this Court, upon
motion by Yr. Guthrie, seconded by Mr. Fbwell, Has agreed to build, ere ot, and maintain said
road. The motion being called by County Judge, Jno. R. Leevell, was unanimously carried by
this Court, all members being present.
