ering the same; and it Having been certified that said Subdivision was surveyed by a qualified
surveyor, end that the plat, Pield notes, and dedication thereof were corr.-sot, and that they
meet all of the requirements of law;
Now, therefore, on motion made by Lee Goff end seoo nded by V.D. ECwell, it is ordered,
adjudged end decreed by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County to at said Subdivision, known as
the HARVEY M03TY ADDITION in the County of Kerr, State oi' Texas, is accepted end she 11 be
admitted to record, and the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, is Hereby directed to record
the same in the PLAT RECORDS OF Kerr County, Texas.
