ering the same; and it Having been certified that said Subdivision was surveyed by a qualified
surveyor, and tact the plat, field notes, and dad icetion thereof were oorreot, end that they
meet s11 of the requlremants of law;
Now, therefore, on motion made by Lee Goff cad seconded by V.D. Fowell, it 1s ordered,
adf udged and decreed by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County that said Su bd ivia ion, known as
the HARVEY MOSTY ADDITION in the County of Kerr, State of Texas, is accepted end enell be
admitted to reoord, and the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, is Hereby directed to record
the same in the PLAT RECORDS OF Kerr County, Taxes.
It is further ordered that this order be spread upon the Minutes oP the Oommisaioner s~
Court oi' Kerr County, Texas.
