M. Guthrie, that we adopt and accept said Pro elamation as e whole except as to that portion of said Proclamation pertaining to closed season on wild turkeys in Kerr County; and that tea season on wild turkeys in Kerr County to remain open from NovemSer 16 to December 31, both days ins lusi ve.
