vouoners in like amounts therefor, to the parties entitled thereto, said vouchers to be drawn
on the County Treasurer or %err County, Teaas.

On this the 11th day of August, 1955, came on to be considered the Hunting, Fishing and
Trapping Proclamation No. 4 of the Game and Fisn Coffinis Sion covering Gillespie, ffer r, Llano an
Meson Counties, passed at a regular meeting oP said Commission on the 15tH day of July. 1955,
and the Court Having duly considered the same, motion was made by Commissioner Lee Goff and
seco nde3 by Commis sicner L. M. Guthrie, that we adopt and accept said Pro elamation as e whole
except as to that portion of said Proclamation pertaining to closed season on wild turkeys in
Kerr County; and that tea season on wild turkeys in Kerr County to remain open from NovemSer
16 to December 31, both days ins lusi ve. Shooting hours, one-half hour before snhri ae to one-
half hour after sunset. Bag limit, one (1) tnrkyy gobbler per season. Means of taking: Snot
gun, not larger than ten gauge, permanently Plugged to three-shell capacity, or rifles may be
used.
