vo uenera in like amounts therefor, to the parties entitled thereto, said vouchers to be drawn
on the County Treasurer or Rerr County, Teaas.

On this the 11th day of August, 1955, came on to be considered the Hunting, Fishing and
Trapping Pm clamation No. 4 of the Game and Fish Commission covering Gillespie, %er r, Llano and
Mason Counties, passed at a regular meeting of said Commission on the 15tH day of July, 1955,
and the Court Having duly considered the same, motion was made by Commissioner Lee Coff and
seco nd e3 by Commissioner L. N.. Guthrie, that we adopt and aoc apt said proelsmatisn as e whole
except as to that portion of said Proclamation pertaining to closed season on wild turkeys in
Kerr County; and that the season on wild turkeys in Rerr County to remain open from November
16 t~ Dec emt~er ~1, both 3eys inclusive. Shooting hours, one-half hour before sunrise to one-
half hour after sunset. Bag limit, one (1) tarkyy gobbler per season. Means of taking: Shot-
gun, not larger than ten gauge, permanently pugged to three-shell capacity, or rifles may be
used
