I necessity to reimburse b4rs. Juanita Beaver for her nursing services, board and other means of
taking care of Riley Smith, an indigent invalid, for the period beginning October 10th, 1955,
pagable in advance. Vdherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance Yor past services in
the amount of X125.00 Por such care of Riley Smith, are of the opinion P;:rs. Juanita Beaver
sriould be allowed the amount of ~1'S.00 monthly payments in advance, beginning October 10th,

monthly report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct PTo. 1, Kerr County, Texas,
covering the month of September, 1955, of Criminal Cases filed, witnesses, judgments and Jury
Fees collected, snowing a sum of 118.25 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
entitling him to a fee of x"56.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and
correct and that sai3 officer is entitled to his 2'ees and that the same should be paid; there-
fore, by motion duly made by Partel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court
