N0. 7208. PAYP-ANT FOR NURSING AATD CART OF RILFY SMITH, AN INDIGENT INVALID.
This the 10th day of Oct.,: A. D. 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the
necessity to reimburse Mrs. Juanita Beaver for her nursing services, board and other mecns of
taking care of Riley Smith, an indigent invalid, for the period beginning October 10th, 1955,
payable in advance. Vdherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance for past services in
the amount of X125.00 for such care of Riley Smith, are of the opinion b5rs. Juanita Beaver
should be allowed ,rte amount of X1"5.00 monthly payments in advance, beginning October 10th,
1955, out of the General Fund. Iviotion made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.
