This the 10th day of Oct.,. A. D. 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the
necessity to reimburse hors. Juanita Beaver for her nursing services, board and other means of
taking care of Riley Smith, an indigent invalid, for the period beginning October 10th, 1955,
payable in advance. Wherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance Ybr past services in
the amount of X125.00 for such care of Riley Smith, are of the opinion ba s. Juanita Beaver
should be all ow e,3 ?.he amount of ~1"5.00 monthly payments in ad v:nce, beginning October 10th,
1955, out of the General Fund. Motion made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.
