This the 10th Say oP Oct.,, A. D. 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the
._ necessity to reimburse Mrs. Juanita Beaver for her nursing sernices, board and other means of
taking care of Riley Smith, an indigent invalid, far the period beginning October 10th, 1955,
payable in advance. Wherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance for past services in
the amount of X125.00 for such care of Riley Smith, are of the opinion br s. Juanita Beaver
should be allow e3 the amount of X1".5.00 monthly payments in advance, beginning October 10th,
1955, out of the General Fund. Motion made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

monthly report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct PTo. 1, Kerr Connty, Texas,
covering the month of September, 1955, of Criminal Cases filed, witnesses, judgments and Jury
Fees collected, snowing a sum of ~I18.25 collected and deposited vaith the County Treasurer,
entitling him to a fee of x"56.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and
