ly report of Jno. R. Leaven , County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of September,
1955, showinS an actual aril necessary expense oP x`3.00, incurred by him in the conduct of the
office of the County Judge for the month of September, A. D. 1955, and it appearing to the Court
that such expenditure should be approved. Therefore by nation duly made by Bartel, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures therein it emitized.
