and should oe approved by the Court; therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Co~axt, and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future
reference.

ly report of R. V. Nichols, County Cler1.; of all Fines Imposed, Judgments rendered and Jury Fees
collected in the County Clerk's Office of said County for the month ending September 30th, 1955,
in the amount of X100.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; there-
fore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court
end ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

office of the County Judge for the month of September, A. D. 1955, and it appearintr to the Court
that such expenditure should be approved. Therefore by rx~tion duly made by Bartel, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures therein it emitized.
