the month of September, A. D. 1955, showing an actual and necessary expense of X191.75, incurred
by him in the conduct of his office during said month, -nd it appearing to the Court that said
report is true and correct, and such expenditures should be ap^roved; therefore, by motion duly
made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures
indicated therein.

monthly report of deposits and collections of Ati~ art ',iilson, Public ~eigher of Kerr County Fre-
ci^ct TTO. 1, snowing an aggregate of X143.86 collected for the month of September, A. D. 1955,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should to approved; that
the City of Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the over collection of u43.86, which
~-- wou13 oe in the sum of X21.93 due the City of T'errvi]le, out of General Fund. Therefore on
motion made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court th=t said re-
port be approved and the County Clerk be and is herei,y directed to reimburse the City of Yerr-
ville for one-half of the over-collection of X43.86, being X21.93 payable out of the General
Fund .
