^I monthly e:.pense report of E. H. 1Qichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Rerr County, Texas, for
the month of September, A. D. 1955, showing an actual and necessary expense of X191.75, incurred
by him in the conduct of his office during; said month, -nd it appearing to the Court that said
report is true sod correct, „nd such expenditures should be aprroved; therefore, by notion duly
made by nartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved ng the Court for such expenditures
indicated therein.

monthly report of deposits and collections of All.ert ;'~ilson, Public :'~'eig;her of Kerr County Fre-
ci.^.ct No. 1, showing an aggregate oi' X143.86 collected for the month of September, A. D. 1955,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should to approved; that
the City of Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the over collection of N43.86, which
.-. vvould be in the sum of X21.93 due the City of "errvi7le, out of General Fund. Therefore on
motion made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, sod unanimously approved by the Court tii= said re-
port be aprroved and the County Clerk be and is herei,y directed to reimburse the City of Yerr-
ville for one-half of the over-co llection of X43.86, being X21.93 payable out oŁ the General
Fund.
