t1oa, there being a lull commissioners court convicting oY the four commissioners and the
County Judge, end said epplio ati on Having Deen fluly presented to said court and the evidence
adduced in connection therewith, and it appearing to the court that the application before the
aourt envolved the re-opening oY the proposed South 8brk Rued end the evidence therewith was
imprsatioal due to many enengea. phd thereupon came on to be ooaeidered the matter of re-
m uting the old South Fork Roed in lieu of the present one in order that the North Fork end
South Fork Raed can be maintained Yor the benefit of the pnblla by re-routing ea following: ~~~'~
Co~eaoiag et a point on the South Side of Ferm to Market Road Number 1340 in gerr County
Texas, such point being immediately North West of the Pirgie Wagner Howse, which is also oh the
South side of said Farm to Market Road Number 1340; tneaae in a 9o utheastar ly Direction over
the lames of the Pirgie Wegner to a point wnion is at the head of the drew known sa Deer
Hollow; Thence on to the lends owned by Lloyd Merritt, which lands are to the South Eest of
the virgke Wsgner lands; then oe over the Lloyd Merritt lends around the Head oY said Deer
Hollow and Dack oh to the virgie Wagner land; Theaoe continuing generally in a Southwesterly
diredtioa toe point in the back Yenoe line of the said Pirgie Wagner Lands where this re-
routing said North ibrk end South 7brk Pubi io Road will intersect the present North Fork and
South Fork public Road where it interaeote the prevent back or South West Fence line of the
Pirgie Wenger land, this being the moat practical and eoonomioal route.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED ahd DECREED by the Court that the present North Fork
9o uth Fork Public Roed be re-routed ea above set out and such re-routing over the Oirgie Wagner
Lends as above desori oed shall be and the same is hereby designated as the North Pbrk South
Fork Public Road is lieu the present North lbrk South Fork Public Roed or that portion tnereoi
wnion terminates at the South West Feriae Line of the Pirgie Wegner Lend.
