County Judge, and said application Having been duly presented to said court end the evidence
adduced ih aonneotion therewith, and it appearing to the court that the application before the
court envolved the re-opening oY the proposed South Fbrk Rued and the evidenoe therewith wee
Smpraotical due to many enangea. pnd thereupon name on to be ooneidered the matter of re-
routing the old South Fork Ro ed in lieu oY the present one in order that the Aor th Fork end
South Fork Road wan be maintained for the benefit of the public by re-routing ea following:
Commenoing at a point on the South Side of Ferm to ffiarket Road Number 1340 in Berr County
Teaas, such point owing imtbediately North Waet oY the Virgie Wegner Howse, which ie also on the
South side of said Farm to Market load Numoer 1340; tnanoa in a 9o utheester ly Direction over
the lands oP the Pirgi® Wagner to a point whian 18 et the head oY the drew known as Deer
Hollow; Thence on to the lands owned by Lloyd Merritt, which lands are to the South .East o1
the Pirg4e Wagner lands; tnenoe over the Lloyd Merritt lenfle around the Head of said Deer
Hollow and back on to tna Virgie Wagner land; Thence continuing genern lly in a Southwesterly
diredtion to a point in the baok Panne lino of the eeid Virgie Wagner bands where this re-
routing said North Fork ahd South lbrk Pablio Road will intersect the present North Fork and
South Fork public Road where it intersects the present baok or South West Fence line of tna
Virgie Wang er land, this being the most practi owl end economical route.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJDDGED and DECREED by the Court that the present North Fork
South Fbrk Public Road be re-routed ae above net out and such re-routing over the pirgie Wagner
Lends sa above described shall be and the same is hereby deaignetad as the North Fork South
Fork Public Road in lieu the present North Fbrk South Fork Pubiio Road or that portion tnereoY
which terminates at the South Wost Fence Line of trie pirgie Wagner Lend.

taking care of Mrs. S. J. Smith, an indigent invalid, for the period beginning October 21st,

amount of X45.00 for such care of Mrs. S. J. 9m Sth, the Court is of Lhe opinion Guadalupe Beat
