No. 4 be approved and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner of said Preoinet
No. 4 and aforementioned party, as per contract on file, under Article 2372a.

On this the 29 to day of Ootober,; A. D. 1955, came on to be oonaldered by the Court ~e
matter of observing November 11th as a Rltional Holiday and that the offioea is the Coart
House observe said Holiday and same falling on a Friday sffi the Court $ouae being opah for
one-half day on Saturday it was ordered by the Court that the Court House be aloaed on Saturday
morning also, and on motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Coff, and unanimously approved by
the Conrt that the Court House be oloaed on November 11th and November 12th.
