improvements t0 said Armory, and it appearing to the CO Urt that said donation 1s for a dust
cause to said Armory and Community, therefore on motion duly made by Commissioner L. M. Guthr ii
seconded by Commissioner V. D. Powell, and unan imouel9 approved by the Court that the

for uses end purposes of ,permanent improvement at the se id Armory, and said sum to be paid out
