THIS DIBt/came on to be c0 hsid ered the application of B. S. Cerety for the written order
of this Court relating to the repair end re-furbishing of his water well which will be ePf acted
by damsite "T", and the court having considered the same, and it appearing that the same sm uld
be repaired and re-furbished:
It is therefore ordered that the same be ao complished by furnishing, at the expense of
$err County, the pipe and casing necessary t0 deliver water to the top oP the river bluff, to-
gether with the labor required to bury the same and,to install the pump which will be Furnished
by Mr. Cerety. It is further ordered that tna cost Of a chlorinator be paid to T. J. MOO re
Lumber Yard es the purchase price Por 4.7 acres of mad right of way granted to $err County by
said B. S. Gerety, aal that the county install such chlorinator at its expense. It 1s further
ordered that such road right of way be constructed and laved in accord with the specifications

Wag line; THENCE following the meanders of said Rignt of Way line southwesterly to the Inter-
section of the sazue with the East line of an existing roadway running Nortn and South, which
said intersection oaeurs in the 17th call of the shops field notes; THENCE North with east
line of said existing road, 25 Peet, end ;Vest crossing the same to the Rest boundary Pence of
the B. S. Gerbty property.
(2) That the South and Southeast lines of ae id right 0f way shall be fenced as follows:
Along its entirety, end coincident therewith except that from the point oP intersection of suet

the matter of payment of 8200,00 to Tarlton Dowdy for re-location sad right of way cf the Cade
Road at or near Damsite "J", end it appearing to tna Court that Tarlton DowKy is entitled to
said sum, it is therefore ordered by the Court that the County Clerk issue voucher end the
County Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay Tarlton Dow3y the sum of 8200.00 out of Road end
Bride No. 4 Fund, and on motion duly made by Commissioner Loa Goff, second ed by Commissioner
