Aa a Further consideration for the grant above described, the said IQjrr County Further
~' covenants and egreea as follows:
(1) That the North and Northwest lines oY said right oY way sna 11 be fenced as Yollowa:
BEGINNING et the edge oY the bluff on the South side oY the Guadalupe River, which point is 30
feet East oY and downstream Yrom the center line of Damaite e~w; THffiQCE South to the Right of
Way lice; THENCE following the meanders oP said Right of Way line southwesterly to the inter-
sectioq of the same with the East line oY an existing roadway running North and South, which
said intersection occurs in the 17th call 0f the aDO Va field notes; THENCE North with east
(line 0Y said existing road, 25 feet, end ;Vest bro sing the same to the Aest boundary fence oP
tho B. S. Geraty property.
(2) That the South ¢nd Southeast lines of said right of way shall be fenced as follows:
Along its entirety, and ooinoidant therewith except that Yrom the point of intersection of such
right of way line with the North line of an existing mad, whian occurs in the course of the
6th call above, such fence sn all Yo llow the north line of said existing road East, 25 Yeet,

- then cross the same at right angles, and then, following the South line of such existing mad-

way, continue West to the intersection of said right oP way line and the said South road line.
I'~ (3) Such fence shall be constructed on 0r above grade with said road except at the
commencement oP the North and Northwest line thereo P, where the same shall be constructed below
grade 0n the most level terrain available.
(4) Such Pence shall consist of 7 strands of barbed wire to a height oY at least 51 inche
corner post 8 feet long with 6 inch tops, line posts 6~r Peet long with 4 inoh tope, the same to
be set at 30 foot intervals with 4 stays between posts. All posts shall be heart cedar, sub-
~stentielly imbedded in the ground in accord with the usual and customary practices obtaining in
Barr County, Texas, and guyed where necessary.
(5) The road to be constructed along such right oY way here granted, shall be 0n the same
grade as the existing road from the int eraeoti0n 0f such road and the right of way line in the
oo arse 0f said 6th cell, to the end oY the 12th call.
(6) All that portion of the Gerety west property Pence ad jec ant to the right of way here

County Treasurer is hereby authorized to pa;y Tarlton Ibwdy the sum of X200.00 out of Road end
Bridge No. 4 Fund, and on motion duly made by k~mmissio her Lee Coff, seconded by Commissioner
Adolph Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court.
