On this the 28th day 0P September, A, D. 1956, came 0n to be heard end co maid ared by the Court the matter of employment of a Night Watohmen, deputized out of the Sheriff's Off foe, in the Towh of Ingram, Berr County, Texas, at a stipulated salary of $125.00 per month, to be pair out oP the Officers Salary Fund. And it appearing to the Court that oar tain citizens of the town 0f Ingram have subscribed to a petition pledging to pay the sum of $108.00 per mnntt. for the employment of said night watchman, which said aum is to be remitted to the County ,Treeetu'e: end said Treasurer will deposit said amount is the officers salary fund and the County will pa; the additional aum of 517;00, mak ing .e total of $125.00, this arrangement to b e in f0roe so long as the above payment 0f $108.00 is made by the subsoribere.
