On this the 28th day of September, A. D. 1956, came oh to be heard end co nsiderad by the
Court the matter of employment of a Night Watchman, deputized out of the ffier iff's Office, in
the Town of Ingram, 8err County, Taxes, et a stipulated salary of $125.00 per month, to be pair
out oP the OPf is ere Salary Fund. And it appearing to the CrOUrt that certain citizens of the
town 0f Ingram have subscribed to a petition pledging to pay the sum of $108.00 per month for
the employment of said night wetohman, which se id sum is to be remitted to the County Treasnre;
ahd said Treasurer will deposit said amount in the 0fficera salary funfl and the County will pa;
the additional sum of $17;00, making .e total 0f $125.00, this arrangement to be in foroe so
long -sa the above payment 0f $108.00 is made by the aubsor lAer s. Therefore upon motion duly
. made by Commissioner Lee Goff, seconded by Co mamissl0ner Adolph Bartel, and unanimously approve+
by the Court that the County Treasurer issue voucher for a night watchman in Ingram, Texas, in
the sum 0f $125.00, beginning September 26th, 1956, payable out ai the Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 28th dap of 9eptemb er, A. D. 1958, on motion by Commissioner Adolph Bartel,
and seo onded by Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, and unanim~us7y approved by the Court that the
applioat ion oP Gary L. Finch, of Precinct No. 2~be approved and contract entered into by and
between the Commissioner of acid preoihat No. 2 and afore-mentioned party, as per oontreot on
