Childs and Joe Vard emann representing the Chamber of Commerce oP the City of Kerrville, the matter of building a road from 'the Arena nt Harper Road to the property line of the Trustee of the Southwest Taxes Conference Golden Age Home, if and when Co natructi0a is begun 0a the proposed Homa.
