Court, all members thereof being present, Rea McElroy rap resenting the Methodist Corgregetion,
~, J. G. Childs and Joe Vard emann representing the Chamber of Commerce oP the City of Kerrville,
the matter of building a road from 'the Arena nt Harper Road to the property line of the Trustee
of the Southwest Taxes Conference Golden Age Home, if and when Co natructi0a is begun 0a the
proposed Homa. G. Rankim Starkey also appearing before the Court, the present owner of the
land on which said proposed road is to be built, offering to donate the hecessary right of way
to Kerr County, without any consideration on the Co urty~s part, and after having du19 ao nsider
ed the matters brought be Po ra the Court, the Court is of the opinion that said road or right
~' of way would be Duild, Lf end when, said proposed Golden Age Home is under co astruc tion end
right 0f way donated from the Harper Roed to the property line of the Conference Trustees of
