the matter 0f building a road Prom the present Harper Road to the property line of the Trustee
of the Southwest Texas Conference Golden Age Rome, if and when Construction is begun oa the
proposed Home. G. Rankim Starkey also appearing before the Court, the present owner of the
land on which said proposed road is to be bailt, offering to donate the nee eseary right of way
to Kerr County, without any conaid erat ion on the Co unty~s part, end after having duly oo nsider
ed the matters brought before the Court, the Court is oP the opinion that said road or right
oP way would be build, iP end when, said proposed Golden Age Home is unfl er co natrnc ti0n and

the Southwest Texas Conference Col deh Age Home, and on Motion duly made by Commissioner Lee
