D. 1956, came on to be heard the applioation of Geo. D, Luthet, County Treasurer, for payment to various ranchmen for livestock killed on their res- peotlve pleoes is Eerr County by Dogs, the owners of said dogs being unknown, end it ap peering to the Court that there are not sufficient funds in the Dog Tag Fund to pay the Pull amount of the claims, but that same can be pro-rated according to the amount of funds left in said Dog Tag Fund, and payment made accordingly. And it appearing to the Court that the Hinds left in said fund wn en pro-rated equal the amount of payment to the respective ranchmen in the amount of =4.50 per head.
