D, Lath ar, County Treasurer, for payment to various rahchmen for livestock killed on their res- peotive places in %err County by Dogs, the ovm ers of said dogs being unknown, end 1t appearing to the Court that theta are hot sufficient funds in the Dog Teg Fund to pay the Pali amount of the claims, but that same can be pro-rated according to the amount of Panda left in said Dog Tag Fund, end payment made accordingly. And 1t appearing to the Court that tna funds left in said fund wn en pro-rated equal the amount of payment to the respective ran ohmen in the emo ant oP x4.50 per head.
